memberlist mod

I have modded the member list so now you can search by first letter of the name, so it looks slightly different....

but it works well and speeds up the searching for a member

a second mod now removes any poster with 0 post counts... it just neraten the place up a bit, when these posters make a post, thy will be added to the list....
