Please put a handle on it also, so we can flush it every now and then.
Regardless what post is is, it's OK to start insults agaist me.
Zan for someone that wants to have a adult discussion your constant insults of those that do not agree with you gets tiring.

Okay Bobboi, let's have an adult discussion.
What do you feel you contribute to the quality of this forum?
I offer my opinion of current events, and my thoughts on the election in the United States.
What do you offer that is any differant?

I hope my posts cover a wider range of topics than British domestic politics. I hope they offer more than blind partisanship.
I have political opinions and they are what you would describe as liberal, but I hope they are more nuanced than some of the received babble I've read here over the past weeks.
I don't support someone without qualification just because they are of the same broad political tradition as me. Clinton's treatment of women appals me. Blair has lost me completely.
Yet all I see here at the moment is a hegemony of American polemic and propaganda.
It isn't interesting in the least.
Doesn't it bore you folks who post it, just from time to time?

I honestly was asking a question...the only person(s) that answered was Bobboi/ketel...
I do not want a pissing match...just an idea if a temporary forum for the election is a good idea...
FOR ONCE CAN YOU ANSWER THE TOPIC?????

I am a well known enemy of c'n'p stuff, now.
I wasn't always.
Zan, for example, always did c'n'p stuff, with links.
A poster could always look at it with some expectation of interest.
Now, I think it is too easy to cut'n'paste large chunks of stuff without actually seeming to read it first.
Doesn't really help real debate.
Pasted Photo-shopped pictures do not seem to help either.
So, I'm coming to the opinion that it's just too easy to paste.
Hey, maybe a c'n'p US election place, with faked photos essential to every post, would be the answer!
Didn't used to think so, have changed mind, so...there.
