You might want to take the time to read this to find out before you vote for him. It is in depth and well documented.

If I clicked that link and saw pictures of him eating babies it would be an improvement from this current administration.
You Bushites have absolutely ignored and turned a blind eye to four years of the worst deceptions and frauds played against the American People since LBJ and in so doing you've absolutely lost your freedom to say shit about anything or anyone.
All you are now is a bunch of cowards that realize it's catching up to you.
So long and don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Silver appears to be one of the "Roves Droves" who volunteer to go about during the election season and spam links to the mindless drivel that even they don't believe.
An excellent example of the usefulness of the "ignore" feature.

A friend of "personal injury trial lawyers" is he? Well, that settles it! He must be done away with! Hey! Wait a minute! One of my best friends is a lawyer and takes personal injury cases! What does that make me? A Democrat? Well, maybe not that, but my reregistering as a Democrat after being screwed blue yet again by another Texas politician (this time a Republican), I have reregistered as a Democrat and have vowed NEVER AGAIN to vote Texican, no matter which party he/she comes from. As a Californian, it's just a matter of self defense.
Oh, and by the way, if we're going to talk about who's friends with who, I don't think I'd jump to compare the "Edwards' friends list" with the "Chaney's friends list" all that quickly. Speaking of "personal injury," can you say "Kenneth Lay?" OUCH!
Carry on.

I find it hysterical that the republicans are already dogging Edwards...but seeing as he is still so young compared to the dinosaurs we have in office he will be a breath of fresh air...
A friend to trial lawyers and personal injury attorneys... WHOA!...Watch out for John... he knows his law...

As I said, I promise to treat Kerry with the same degree of scrutiny and concern that Bush Supporters have treated Bush with.

Edwards is 51, I think...and Bush is 58. 7 Years is the difference between being young and being a dinosoar? Hate to hear what you call 70 year old... :/. How old is Kerry, by the way?

The biggest problem with John Edwards is he looks too much like John Ritter. Seriously, I'm not the only one that sees that am I?

Let's face it folks...
Put both sides next to each other...
Bush/Cheney... Looks like Grandpa and a son... Kerry/Edwards... Looks like a father and son too...but a younger LOOKING version...
Don't go giving me shit cause I think Edwards looks young and active...
How many stupid people in the last election voted for Bush because he LOOKED presidential...
Edwards for a man of 50 carries his age extremely well...
but his looks are not the reason I will vote for him...

Apparently, the Bush-Cheney vs. Kerry-Edwards lineup has the highest net worth of any presidential campaign in US history.
And here's another way that Edwards balances the ticket: he's done his stint in the courtroom.... only, unlike Bush-Cheney - who were the first pair to bring to the Oval Office a matched set of criminal records - Edwards was a LAWYER.

Edwards will argue Cheney into a hole during a debate.. thats a fact. Cheney will counter by trying some one-liner put-down jokes referring to Edwards youth or what he and gw claim is lack of experience. He will attempt to make Edwards look foolish just as gw did today.
Edwards will not be phased by that.... he'll take no pity in his rebuttals. He's already pass through his trial by fire by becoming Senator in a state that in the past leaned right, but finally is getting some real sense that Jesse Helms day is done and Elizabeth Dole is a joke.
Edwards doesn't just balance the Kerry candidacy. Kerry didn't need a VP to help him get elected... But, Edwards brings a fresh approach, no baggage, energy and well articulated, righteous anger at the policies of the bush admin and best of all.... integrity to the office.. something Cheney lacks completely.

George W. Bush alleged Thursday that John Edwards lacks the experience necessary to be president.
The problem with this argument is that Bush lacked the experience necessary to be president when he ran in 2000, so this sort of cheap shot just hoists him by his own petard. Let's just remember a seminal Bush moment in 1999:
' Bush fails reporter's pop quiz on international leaders
November 5, 1999
Web posted at: 3:29 p.m. EST (2029 GMT)
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Texas Gov. George W. Bush is enduring sharp criticism for being unable to name the leaders of four current world hot spots, but President Bill Clinton says Bush "should, and probably will, pick up" those names.
The front-runner for the 2000 Republican presidential nomination faltered Thursday in an international affairs pop quiz posed by Andy Hiller, a political reporter for WHDH-TV in Boston.
Bush
Hiller asked Bush to name the leaders of Chechnya, Taiwan, India and Pakistan. Bush was only able to give a partial response to the query on the leader of Taiwan, referring to Taiwanese President Lee Teng-hui simply as "Lee." He could not name the others.
"Can you name the general who is in charge of Pakistan?" Hiller asked, inquiring about Gen. Pervaiz Musharraf, who seized control of the country October 12.
"Wait, wait, is this 50 questions?" asked Bush.
Hiller replied: "No, it's four questions of four leaders in four hot spots." . . .
Bush, in answering the question about the leader of Pakistan, also said: "The new Pakistani general, he's just been elected -- not elected, this guy took over office. It appears this guy is going to bring stability to the country and I think that's good news for the subcontinent."
Gore released a statement Friday taking Bush to task for his comments on Pakistan's recent coup.
"I find it troubling that a candidate for president in our country -- the world's oldest democracy -- would characterize the military takeover as "good news," Gore said. "Further, I find it even more disturbing that he made these comments about a nation that just last year tested nuclear weapons -- shortly after voicing his public opposition to the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty.
A spokesman for President Clinton also criticized Bush's comments.
"It is very dangerous for this country to condone the overthrow of democratically elected governments," said David Leavy, spokesman for the National Security Council.
Not only did Bush not know who General Pervez Musharraf was, he seems to have confused coup-making with "taking office," and moreover went on to suggest that the overthrow of an elected prime minister and the installation in power of the Pakistan military, then the world's strongest supporter of the Taliban, would bring "stability!" Musharraf made his coup in part because of the military's anger over Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's willingness to back down from confronting India over Kashmir, so that he explicitly came to power as a warmonger.

depends.....a trial lawyer only has to convince a jury to let somebody have an insurance companies money.....how many jurors ever conclude that they LIKE the defendant's attorney?....completely different test...maybe completely different results.....

Stop with the damn florida crap already. All GORE had to do is get the people that knew him best to vote for him and he would have been president. That all he had to do was carry his own state.

Ok, Point of contention...
Gore was from Tennessee = Lost
Bush was from Texas = Won
Your logic is flawed, IMHO, since Bush's home state was Texas, not California.
And as to corrupt voting in Florida, the dems reaped what they sewed. The Majority of counties that had the recounts were run by democrats, so they are the ones responsible, IMHO, and many others...
But some people can't simply... let's see.. Oh yeah... Move-On, those are the words I am looking for.

Yeah, too bad they had to put the Oklahoma Bomber to death. Why can't people just "Move On?"
Or Osama, is that why we decided to invade Iraq rather than pursue a six foot tall Middle Eastern Man with Kidney failure ... because we decided to just "move on?"
Gore lost the five counties he asked to be recounted but he WON the state.
That's not even questionable anymore.
It's a rock solid fact.
The worst act of terrorism committed against the American People in the last decade was the selection of Bush and the destruction of our country and to the world under his reign.
Move on ... pathetic.
