I stumbled across P&CA when I was checking referrer URLs on my web site stats page. Oh, how very excited I became when I began to read some of the posts. Lacking in time, I bookmarked the page and vowed to return and join so that I could post.
I have lost a few online 'friends' because of my 'liberal' views and their unwillingness to consider, much less openly debate, other view points. :fight I am so excited to have found an outlet where I can debate and learn from other like-minded people!! (Or at least, I HOPE it works out that way!!) It's not the liberal versus conservative thing; it's the having an opinion and being permitted to voice it, while respecting other peoples right to have a different opinion and having them respect yours.
I look forward to learning from many of you and hopefully, being able to give a little something to someone out there too!!
