Poll seems to be a bit one sided ;)

You forgot to add

3. One of the greatest leaders in the history of this nation.

One of the greatest leaders in the history of this nation.

He is sure great in getting us all into trouble.

Paul

But Daavros, most of this trouble was inherited or already there. Thing is, he is the one that is going to and has put a handle on it when no one else wanted to deal with it.

Oh pleaassseeee.

He has invaded illegally I might add Iraq. He has alienated most of the countries around the world and has single handedly helped recruit terrorists by his awful foreign policy.

Yep he is great.

Paul

Daav, could you explain him invading illegally please?

I was under the thought that the US Congress voted on this and approved the invasion of Iraq, am I wrong?

Not that it matters, because I would be the first one to piss all over the United Nations, but didn't the UN also pass a little thing called called a UN resolution? Here, lemme help, here is a piece of that.

The resolution, co-sponsored by Britain, gives U.N. arms inspectors, who
have been out of Iraq for four years, "immediate, unimpeded and
unconditional" rights to search anywhere for weapons of mass destruction,
including Saddam's presidential compounds.

It directs Iraq to accept the terms of the resolution in seven days, and
within 30 days make an "accurate full and complete" declaration of its
nuclear, chemical, biological and ballistic weapons as well as related
materials used in civilian industries.

The resolution threatens Iraq with "serious consequences" if it does not
take advantage of "a final opportunity" to cooperate.

Definitely all the above. Isn't it obvious?

Paul
05-07-2004, 08:09 PM
Actually, it's not obvious. I would say that it is obvious he is a great leader. It's going to make me really happy when he is re-elected and show that the majority of the people think he is a great leader also.

VOTE BUSH IN NOVEMBER!

Hey, as long as the US Congress approved it, who cares about the rest of the world?

Paul

Zan! Excellent point since we are a sovereign country and should not listen to other countries (all the time) or do what they want, since they have their own interests at heart.

i'm backing Zan on that one!

At least they have their people's interests at heart. We only have some guy who can't pronounce "terror"'s interests at heart.

According to your policy a country should only worry about its own affairs. I guess that's why we're not in Afghanistan or Iraq, and not meddling in everyone else's affairs, right?

Ever heard of "collective security"? You know, that's why they created the UN.

Although then again since we're just superior to everyone else, and the Germans and the French and the Russians are all inferior beings we should just ignore their sentiments and do whatever we feel like to whoever we feel like, no matter what they, or even the people in our own country, say.

ad, I will get to your post tomorrow, don't worry, I have an argument to your post that will pretty much invalidate it. I am tired now however.

Have a good one! :) Night all!
