Well a while ago I installed Norton's Firewall and noticed some trojan programs tried to get access to my computer. Norton traced them back to their ISPs and I was wondering, is it worth while sending Emails to the ISPs? Has anybody done this before? Any tips would be greatly appriciated :)
If you have the logs it is worth sending them, although with trojans, they are normally triggered by other unsuspected infected machines. So it is very unlikely anything can be done.

Sending back emails also increases the chances of overloading the ISPs themselves. It's sort of a secondaryt denial of service attack :/

I meant report it to the ISP if you have the logs.
